Seems like me and two other people are the only ones whose case is pending for over 100+ days at NBC

F2A Category (married to GC holder)

PD: 03/28/2016

i130 APPROVE- 7/14/16
AOS i485, i131, i765 received by USCIS 10/4/17
Biometrics done 11/8/17
Raised an SR- 12/29/17

Anyone else on the same boat?? I need to know if people before my PD got any approvals or heard anything. This wait time is ridiculous!

Plenty of filers from various visa categories have been waiting 100+ days. Average wait times have gone up recently for EAD/AP. The speed of the I-485 depends on your local office, with some offices processing them in 4 months, and others in 12+ months.

In order you to move on with f2a AOS your priority date has to be current in the final action date on visa bulletin. They are currently working on 01 feb 2016, so you have to wait till your priority date is current.  My pd date f2a is feb 27 2015, i was current since january 2017 and i dont have any answer yet.

Good luck!

100 days is "nothing" these days, prepare to wit much longer than that fpr your EAD. The average seems to be between 4 and 6 months at present, so you still have some ways to go. Almost "everyone" is in the same boat, so where you get "only me and two more people" from I don't know.

I am specifically talking about the National benefits centers. Looking at the other centers, I'm seeing people getting approved for EADs whose PD are november. Im just not seeing any NBC approvals...hence the "only me and two other people" who have come forward and told me that they are NBC  and are F2A category and married to GC holders....just like me.

ALL EAD applications (related to AOS) are processed at the National Benefits Center.

Not sure where you are getting all your information but I'm seeing lots of California service centers cases who are processing EADs ...and at a faster rate than NBC.  Plus if you think about it..if only one service center was processing EADs...it would take a million years for my EAD to come lol
