Hello all,

 

my wife stayed with me for over a year overseas while i work for US government contractor. we didnt get her re-entry permit. would she have any problem entering the US? we have children that are born in the US, filed taxes and have properties in the US as well.

Although technically anything over a year outside of the US is grounds for abandonment without a reentry permit, I don't think she would have a problem returning.
