Hello, has anyone successfully applied for an i601a waiver, although they previously had a notario commit visa fraud on their behalf, without their knowledge? We're worried about being inadmissible due to fraud, although it wasn't "willful".  TIA.

Well the I-601A waiver is for illegally entering the us not so much for visa fraud. What exactly was the visa fraud about? A little more info would be helpful so someone may help you.

A notario previously filed false documents on his behalf, without his knowledge. He needs the unlawful presence waiver as well.
