Port of Entry (POE) question

Hello everyone!  I just had a random question about the Port of Entry (POE) process.  So, once my fiance gets her K-1 visa and is able to travel to the U.S., I'm thinking of flying to her country to visit for a couple of days, so I can fly with her here to the U.S.  Once we get to the port of entry, how will the process work?  Obviously, me being a U.S. citizen I have to go to the "citizen" line, and obviously my fiance will have to go through the "visitor" line.  Will I be able to accompany her through the process?   Or, do I just process through myself and have to wait for her?  If you've done this procedure before, it will be much help to me.  Thank you for your time!

Hopefully someone with more experience will chime in but I recall reading that the USC can stay with the beneficiary in the "visitors" line.  This was discussed here a couple times so I hope someone answers more definitively.

When I landed LAX airport 2 weeks ago. I was following other people to Visitor line but then when I tried to put data on the screen of custom and border protection machine, I couldn't find the option of K1 Visa. So, I asked one of the officer near me, and I showed them i came with K1 Visa on my passport. The officer then directing me to immigration line. The line is on another part (still at the same building but far from visitor line). But everything went great. The officers were great and helpful. I was surprised when the immigration officer greet me by saying Welcome home.

I then smile thinking about the flashback process of K1 Visa has taken so much stress, test our patience in long distance relationship . I finally arrived here, at home, a place where my love has been waiting for me for 11 months :)

As above mentioned; you're not a visitor so you'll go through the immigration line, and you guys just can tell and ask them and go together there.

On another note: I went with visitor visa last month and my fiancé was flying with me. We had 2 cats with us so we wanted to go together and instead of him coming with me they actually let me go through the citizens line. So even as a visitor it is easily possible (I think the common is as said before going through the visitors line together - when on a visitor visa though) to go together.
