Hi good morning.  My wife and I first travelled together to the US in Oct 2014 for our holiday. I came back after 10 days while my wife and son returned after 3 months. While she was returning for our second son's birth in 2015 , her visa was revoked and 22cfr.41.122 (n)(3) was written on her visa page. Pls just want to find out when she is eligbe to reply because I would love to travel with her and my kids for Holliday in the US during the Easter holidays

Did you pay your hospital bills for delivery? What’s your status - also tourist visa?

Yeah I did pay. I paid at Lone Star Family Heath Centre Conroe Texas. Though the money was later refunded less an inconinconvenience fee of 50$ that was deducted.

So you didn't really pay.

I did but the money was refunded since my wife was denied entry into the US

So you pre-paid for the birth of your second child but since she was denied and returned at POE they returned your money?

Was the first child born in the US?

Maybe Easter in a few years?

I’d love some more insight into this considering birth tourism is legal and this couple had clearly made arrangements to pay upfront.

Only legal if they disclosed this upfront when getting the visa. We have no way of knowing if they followed the procedure or just decided to (ab)use tourist visa.

 (ab)use

I'm stealing that form of word(s) for future post when appropriate.
