I saw someone with April 1st 2011 as PD on F2B who has received IL

I believe Khadija must have received her IL. She probably doesn't want to say much until she is through with the whole process.

Yes I know. But it seems Fb-1 and F2B are moving at the same pace right now.

i agree F1and F2B are moving at the same pace, but if you observe  F1 is moving slow than F2B
