I think it will move in the next 3 month.....but I really want the first chart to move

If 1st chart will move, it does not mean, that 2nd will move as well. There is no automatic movement in such a case.

yes i accept that if the first chart moves and there is a 2 or 3 month difference in first and second chart then they move the second chart
