16 months ago I had an interview that day everything went well. The officer congratulated us, made us sign the paper tha confirm tha my case will be granted, gave us the form to remember to fill 90 days befor my green card expires. And  told us that between 3 or 4 weeks we shoud receive the green card. As the time pass we didn’t receive the card. After 3 months we went there. The lady told us to give them some time. Through the multiple holidays of the end the year they don’t count the holidays so we keep waiting. Nothing happened. And every time we went to immigration office they found something to told us. Once they even told us they couldn’t find the case on their system. My husband got mad. After 13 months they sent a letter to let us know that a denial descision has been made, on the case and they had sent us a notice. We never received nothing from them and we still leaving in the same address . We return to the office, nobody can told us, the reason and or we can have the so-call notifice.

The last time they said they will reach us  by December 30. I still don’t  receive nothing.

please if someone has been this way before. Give me some advice I really don’t know what to do.
