Hello,

 

I have a question regarding an unmarriend child of my Fiancee who is 13 years old. Once the NVC transfers the case to the consulate where my Fiancee resides, does my Fiancee need to fill out two form DS-160; one for her and one for her child? I am thinking she should fill out two but I would like someone who is going through the same situation or have gone through something similar to provide some input.

One visa applicant -> one DS-160.

Two visa applicants -> two DS-160s.

Thank for the response. So even though both of them are included in the I-129F petition, they will need to fill out two DS-160 forms right?
