Does anyone know how long your police record from the uk has to be valid for? I got mine in August 2017 and I’m guessing my interview will be feb / March time ? Should I get a new one?

If it’s the police certificate from your home country, then I would get a new one if it’s not so hard or costly. If it’s from a country where you lived and haven’t been back to since you got your police certificate then you should be ok as long as it’s valid at the time of the interview.

Your certificate is good for 12 months.
