Yes it said in the 129f the embassy where he is residing and he is residing in Panama right now for the last 10 years. He doesn’t have an address in Colombia.

Just saw this topic, figured would be a good place to continue with Panama specific questions.  

 

Anyone know the procedure for obtaining Panamanian police records/certificate?

Do you have any info on how to get the police clearance and how much it costs?
