So my girlfriend (US) and myself (UK) would like to get married but we are unsure of something on our forms

for her employment she is about to start work managing my social media for my startup - this is an LLC established in Delaware.

Will that be ok on the application?

The startup is only in the beginning phase (advertising whilst the app is finalized and launched) and the money the company pays her with is my own investment (comes from the company bank account)

We both know it's important for her to have an income and this job was always going to be hers to undertake and be paid for but I'm always cautious about these things and don't want it to look improper.

thank you in advance for any advice

The foreign beneficiary is paying the US petitioner. That is what all this boils down to.

Looks bad to me, but it does not matter what I think, it matters what the person reviewing your case will think.

Good luck on your journey.
