Question on I-129F (Use multiple Part 8 pages or make my own?)

Hello everyone. I am getting ready to send my packet this week. However, I was wondering whether it would be more practical and easy to understand to write all my extended answers on multiple copies of the Part 8 page as so:

I have about 5 pages of the above. Or rather to make a letter-style word document for each topic and sign and date it.

Also I was wondering, if I write see attached for a question (such as an address), should I write "see attached" on just the first block of that question group or should I place "se attached" on every block so as to not leave any blank. I plan to write N/A, none or see attached on every blank in the form. Don't know if this could cause an issue.

Thanks!
