Please refer to the TSC USCIS processing times, you are well within their posted dates, mine was June 4 and I heard from TSC on December 20, so figure about 6 1/2 months.

BTW it took TSC five weeks to mail the I-130 to NVC, so then I have to wait for them to receive, then have to wait for them issue a Case Number (up to 4 weeks for that), then the entire application process, then interview, if you are making plans, based on my experience, I would give yourself a good 10 months from NOA1 to receive your relative here in the states.

So it will take 2 months  from nvc processing? My pd is august 28 2017 TSC

Once your I-130 is approved, it will take USCIS at least a month to mail it NVC.   Then once NVC receives it (a week later), it could take up to another month for them to process and issue a case number.  When you have the case number and some other pertinent info, you can begin the application process, which takes a couple of months.  Then the interview gets scheduled, depending on the consulate, can take 1-3 months.

So all in all maybe 3to 5 months to go for nvc processing
