CR1 interview pay stubs

Hi

I've had a look and cannot find a definitive answer. However, do I need up to date pay stubs for my interview at London embassy?

I provided everything required for NVC and did not receive a checklist. However, the pay stubs were only current as to when the documents were sent to NVC (in evidence to I-864).

Will the embassy require further ones dated through to the interview date? (Feb 16?)

Your help is appreciated

London is not that demanding. If the tax return shows enough income you'll be fine. If you claimed more current income than the tax return, then something showing it is helpful but it doesn't have to be up to the minute new.

London embassy website:

Form I-864, a contractual affidavit of support, must be submitted at the time of the interview for immediate relative and family-based applicants and employment-based applicants when a relative is the petitioner or has ownership interest in the petitioner’s business.

Evidence submitted with the I-864 must be less than 12 months old.
