I came here on a K1 visa and married in August at age 22. My husband has been emotionally abusing, and forcing me to do things I don't want to do and most recently physically assaulting me.Which he was arrested for and the trial is coming up and he has a no contact order but I don't intend to prosecute since I didn't know they were going to arrest him. We already sent out the AOS documents. Can someone please advice me what to do. Can I apply for VAWA while my AOS is pending and EAD and AP ? I've been so depressed and I have no money for anything.  I booked an infopass appointment but I don't know what to say

That State will prosecute him, you will be a witness.

You don't say where you are living. Most cities, even small towns, have resources available to victims of domestic abuse: housing, clothing, transportation, etc. If you are struggling with money as a result of this situation, I recommend you Google such resources near you.

Nne,

Sorry to read about your ordeal. I'm not an immigration lawyer, but since you've already filed an I-485, I'm not sure there is much you need to do right now. You might encounter difficulties down the line if your spouse refuses to cooperate in the interview. But, in anticipation of that, I would begin to gather evidence of for a solo application for your green card, including evidence of the abuse. I've included a link below you might find useful as a guide.

Should you actually get divorced, you should notify USCIS immediately.

All the best!
