It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

yeh we got NOA2 on Jan 25th :) So I guess about 190 days

Are you checking the USCIS official page itself !!! They might have sent you RFE ... check your case status!!

mine is k3 June 1st and yet waiting but recently received  RFE 😢😢😢 it took almost 13 days to deliver the mail !!

I thought K-3s are obsolete?  That is very rare to see.  Most married couples file a CR-1.

You can file for a K-3, but the I-129F will almost certainly be closed by USCIS ("benefit obtained via other means") or administratively closed upon receipt by NVC due to policies. The RFE process still applies the same since that is on the petitions themselves, which they still adjudicate....it just won't proceed in nearly every case after approval.

That is interesting.  I haven't heard of the K-3 lately.

In order to get "Case History" in the app you will need to log in to your USCIS account in the app.  The log in is located in the "More/Settings/myUSCIS account" link.  Once you log in, you will get more information.

yes.  Login and then scan your WAC again.  It will have a couple more items show up.  If there was an update it will show there.
