Hello i just heard about RAISE act if it passes is it gonna affect i 751 filers? and does that mean no one can get sponsor no more because they won't have the right?

No. It has no impact on people who are already permanent residents, nor on spouses of US citizens.

It's meant to cut NEW immigration by 50%... I-751 applicants have already immigrated.

oh so someone who gets married won't be affected even tho law passes?
