I can understand why you didn't mention it though, as it doesn't fit your narrative. 

And you conveniently overlook my whole focus on the absurd connection of ATT PR and Walmart crediting the little bonus for workers on the tax breaks
while laying people off calling it 'adjusting and aligning'. I do not dispute new innovations driving a work force, I am pointing to the obvious shoulder slapping.

So the answer to your question is Yes, the economy is growing.  This is confirmed by the latest economic numbers regarding GDP growth.  Some people might not like that answer, because they don't want Trump to succeed, but I would simply ask them why are they putting politics above the economic success of our country.

Putting politics over country has never been more true than now with this republicans party minus those that have the balls to speak out against it. 
I never said the economy is not growing, of course it has been on an upswing long before Trump ever moved his failing reality show into the WH. 
What goes up must come down eventually. Trump or Obama wouldn't have single handed power to make it either.

Is this anything like the billions given to failing American companies back n ‘07/08?  Instead of tax cuts, they were just bailed out.  

 

No matter your pontification and exaggerations about corporations, they exist for one reason.... to make a profit.  Any way they can make it, they do.  If not, they fold.  Whether it is a tax cut, or firing people, or charging more for a product, they have to show a profit or they cannot exist.

Of course. I own a business and if I don't make a profit I can't survive either. 
The difference lies in making a decent profit versus reinvesting the tax break 'profit' into the wrong places rather than investing it in their workers. 
The shift of corporations versus the little man on the corner is out of balance, the scale is tipping. 
I am holding my own for the past 21 years even in light of corporate chains but where is the incentive for small business when corporations get unbelievable
breaks and incentives that already have enormous profit. I tell you what, I have no profits hidden in the Cayman Islands to build a nest. 
Small business has been the back bone of this country. (Chain) - monopolies have taking over and are rewarded with big incentives.
All this talk about higher wages I have yet to see as well. They have been stagnant for many years while the Corporations get fat.

Corporate handout? To be a handout something has to be given to them. The tax bill simply says they can keep more of what is theirs. The bill says most of us get to keep more of what is ours in fact. I know this is something tax and spend liberals can't understand but we the people can spend our own money better than the government can. Individual and corporate wealth is not community property. Sorry to break it to you.
