I dont think so it depends on city. My relatives recently have their medical test and they paid 35000 for each. There are only embassy recommend medical centers from where you can have medical like lahore and islamabad medical.

Interview will be in Islamabad

 any idea how long before the interview It has to be done. Or how long the results take? Thanks

I am not sure but i guess they will send you interview date and ask you to do medical within one month

Congratulations for ur case completion. After Case complete the NVC will send ur case to US islamabad Embassy n they will Schedule ur Interview and hopefully u will get your interview letter in ur email address and the Pakistani Address which u hv mentioned in ur visa form  30-40 days before your actual interview date, After getting ur interview letter u can make appointment at US embassy Authorised Medical Center for ur medical. If everything looks good in ur medical they gave u the medical report at same day. That sealed medical report u hv to bring at ur interview. Hope that helps.

How long after case complete did you get email with interview date?
