So the GDP every quarter under Trump has been higher than Obama achieved in any quarter for his whole 8 years and somehow Obama is responsible for our economy improving after Trump took office? The poll posted above demonstrates there is a large segment of the population that is willfully ignorant and delusional. I'm not even saying Trump is fully responsible for the improvement in the economy but to suggest Obama played a larger role in it than Trump is laughable.

  Not true.  Comparing quarterly growth to annual growth is a false equivalence and results in fake news.

So basically 3 out 4 funds in my retirement account have been right at 20% returns each for last year. My crypto had also made 40% ROI last year so I am doing good. 

 

I was talking with a former coworker yesterday who HATES Trump but he sure is loving the money in his pocket and how the new tax plan has allowed him to get a very nice return this year.  He is hating him less now because he sees his pockets getting fatter

How is this possible?  It’s far too early to file a tax return, and I belive the new law doesn’t go into effect for 2017 taxes?

We got our w2's on Thursday from the USGS. Also you can go ahead and do everything in TurboTax to see what you will get. Have you ever filed taxes before????

Dude, it's not the U2 part that is unbelievable, it's the fact that the new tax law starts with earnings in 2018 and will not impact the current return. If you are getting back to much money this year it because you withheld too much.  Thanks Obama.

I am getting more back because I paid in more than I should have because I didn't add my 1 year old as a deduction.
