Well, it's time to start this process. Here is what we have compiled. Wanted to get everyone's feedback on if there is anything we may be missing or should include? With all the statements (even just quarterly) there are probably 250 pages in this package LOL

  • Original Bank of America Bank Personal Check, in the amount of $680.00 for payment of the I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence + Biometric fee
  • Enlarged copy of USCIS Form I-551 front and back (Permanent Resident Card)
  • Original Form I-751 filled and signed by Morgan and Heather

Exhibit B:

  • Copies of Morgan’s current driver’s license, and Heather’s current driver’s license showing joint residence at Address
  • Copy of Heather’s 401k account showing Morgan is the beneficiary.

  • Copy of Morgan’s life insurance through employer showing Heather is the beneficiary.

Exhibit C:

  • 2016 Tax return transcripts from the IRS showing returned was jointly filed.

Exhibit D:

  • Copies of debit cards, and monthly bank statements for each quarter of our joint Bank of America checking account since Morgan moved to the US on 03/29/2016, showing various financial co-mingling such as rent payments, car loan payments, mortgage payments, insurance payments, grocery shopping, credit card payments, etc.

Exhibit E:

  • Copy of signed Closing Disclosures document showing we purchased the house at address on date.
  • Copy of deed for address showing Morgan and Heather as the owners.
  • Copies of Mortgage statements from bank from January 23, 2017 with the most recent statement available of December 26, 2017.
  • Copy of 2017 Property Tax Statement showing Morgan and Heather as the owners.

Exhibit F:

  • Copies of County Utilities statements showing us as jointly responsible for paying water, sewer and irrigation at our joint residence at address
  • Copies of AT&T monthly wireless phone statements each quarter showing us maintaining a joint cellular phone plan, which we have been sharing since Morgan moved to the US on March 29, 2016.
    • Oldest statement available from AT&T was August 29, 2016.

 

 

 

Exhibit G:

  • Copies of American Express Credit Cards with two numbers under one account, and corresponding statements for various periods from card opening in April 2016, with Morgan as the account owner and Heather as the authorized use
    • Heather’s original card number ended in XXXXXX. This was replaced in April 2017 with new card ending in XXXXXX. Statements from April 2016 – March 2017 reflect the old XXXXXX card number, and statements from June onwards reflect the new XXXXX card number.
  • Copies of American Express Credit Cards with two numbers under one account, and corresponding statements for various periods from card opening in October 2016, with Morgan as the account owner and Heather as the authorized use
  • Copies of Wells Fargo Outdoor Solutions credit card in both Morgan and Heather’s name. Account opened September 2017. Statements included.
  • Copies of Home Depot Credit cards for Morgan and Heather showing the same account number. Account opened December 2016.

 

Exhibit H:

  • Copy of Allstate Insurance change dated July 2016 showing Morgan was added to vehicle insurance for the address of old address
  • Copy of current vehicle insurance cards with StateFarm showing Morgan and Heather listed jointly as the insured. Insurance is active from August 18, 2017 – February 18, 2018
  • Copy of Allstate homeowner’s insurance dated January 23, 2017 showing Morgan and Heather jointly as the insured on the house located at address
  • Copy of current homeowner’s insurance with StateFarm showing Morgan and Heather jointly as the insured on the house located at address. Insurance is active from August 18, 2017 – August 18., 2018.

Exhibit I:

  • Copy of Flights purchased on October 4, 2016 for Morgan and Heather’s trip from Atlanta, GA to Vancouver, BC, Canada on December 15, 2016 with return on December 24, 2016.
  • Copy of Flights purchased on September 15, 2017 for Morgan and Heather’s trip from Valdosta, GA to Vancouver, BC, Canada on December 26, 2017 with return on January 5, 2018. Exhibit O:
  • Copies of photos of us together at various events with family and friends from arrival in the US on March 29, 2017 to current.
