I just hope that even for I-485 they don't put us (F2A categories) behind K1 like they did for EAD/AP. That would be tragic.

I don't think they share the same view with you. I think they feel they are doing us a favor, even if they are paid by us. Did you get any mail about your SRs?

I got the card be fore the status updated. It was changed to “Card was mailed to me” and the detail is “On March 22, 2018, we mailed your new card for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number MSC18900xxxxx, to the address you gave us.”

Hi Umang, I remember at one point of time, USCIS started telling you that your application is w/ an officer, do you remember when was the first time they told this?

It was mid march when I first got that message from USCIS that my case was with an officer

I got the card on Friday 5/11/18. it was ordered into production on 05/04/18. So exactly 1 week from approval.

Did you contact Ombudsman again.? I was calling everyday.. also email your problem to scopssata@dhs.gov

I did it 3 times back to back in 3 weeks.

I called Ombudsman, they don't pick up. I emailed multiple times they said they haven't heard back from USCIS.

When I call L2 officer asking if my case is with an officer, they say they don't know this information.

Many times SRs were answered together and closed with no response.

This is email address where you put your complaints for poor handling of your case. For example, delayed adjudication.

 

I still suggest you keep calling L2 every freaking day !
