2-3 months?

Seriously? So they are saying that those who files EAD/AP with Priority dates of Oct 2016 will have to wait another 6 months?

LOL.. by the time we will get green cards, those from consular processing will be citizens !!!

I am as frustrated as you are man. but how do you explain that spouses of US citizen already got their EADs? What they told me today makes sense man. That is the only explanation why we are late.

Spoke to Level 2 again and he said that my case is with an officer for review and I should expect a decision shortly. This letter was sent by USCIS to me on April 13 which I still have not received.

Like I said, USCIS is just like DMV, its just that normal people don't have to go there otherwise it would be equally ridiculed by the people. Bunch of buffoons playing with people's lives !

Is it different to the standard SR answer: "your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly."? Because I got an email  3 weeks ago with that answer.

I got that email 4 weeks ago but yesterday they told me the same thing. L2 Officer also mentioned that the guidelines are coming from the present government. So we all know who is at fault !
