I don't think they share the same view with you. I think they feel they are doing us a favor, even if they are paid by us.

Did you get any mail about your SRs?

no email about SRs but a standard mail from dhs saying they are working on my case and no updates at this time

Got the SR by mail today. It says you should receive a decision shortly. Not sure how to interpret that?

I am angry that even Dec 2017 filers have started receiving EADs and we are still stuck in limbo

it should I believe, but where from?

Looks like its just me and you on this forum. F2Aoct has not been responding. Did he get his EAD already?

BTW I sent a consent release form to Senator Bill Nelson today. Hope he helps me in the case.

USCIS is really working at a snail pace.

I contacted my senator a month back, he is still waiting for USCIS. My congressman is still waiting for the past two weeks lol

Hey guys! I'm here with you on the same boat. Contacted Ombudsman, Congressman, my last SR were answered with "your case is under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly", but no updates so far. 175 days and counting....

I think F2Aoct has already gotten his EAD.

@Oct17F2A @SamSam85

My wife is in the same boat. PD March 2016 and filled AOS in Oct/2017, 150+ days and no response about EAD, AP or AOS. What would you guys recommend us to do?

Stop calling uscis. Contact congressman, senators, and ombudsman instead. My congressman’s assistant is really helpful. I got my I-765 approved 39 days after I contacted her.
