Contacted Ombudsman today. Called USCIS level 2 and that was like I said no help at all. He had no idea and could not tell me what has been happening with my case and told me to  :ranting: wait !

I just hope that even for I-485 they don't put us (F2A categories) behind K1 like they did for EAD/AP. That would be tragic.

I don't think they share the same view with you. I think they feel they are doing us a favor, even if they are paid by us. Did you get any mail about your SRs?

Guys, should we be worried? What do we do? Can lawyers help? We have to do something.

lawyers are also trying their best. You know immigration attorneys will be out of business if USA stops immigration.

Just called them, same file SR nonesense. I dont know whats going on, what do u think guys? Fo u know of anyone elsecstill waiting or its just us?

So like 2 hours after I contact ombudsman, my SR from Feb 14 was assigned to an officer for response.

Wow 6-8 months with 6 the lowest? Means at best we will hear on April 3rd till June 3rd. This is nuts man

Got an email from USCIS with a response to my SR created on Feb 14 2018.

 

"The status of this service request is:
Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly."
