I had my Aos Interview in July 2017, in December got REF Medical expired. Yesterday finally the doctor signed the form and I sent the Medical ( Baltimore office). When i got home I noticed they messed up the dates. I had to do the chest x-ray, so instead of December 2017 they put 2012. I went back today and got a corrected Form in a sealed envelope. My question is what to do now? As I stated i already sent the wrong one yesterday, should i make an infopasst and give them the corrected I693, or to mail it?  

If anyone in similar situation i will appreciate the advice.

Take it to field office and ask for the interviewing officer and explain if you get and audience. Otherwise wait for RFE

They will not arbitrarily deny you. You can be proactive and schedule an infopass to take it in before you get n RFE .

Thank you for the advice, I thought that woud be the best option, i was unsure what was the right way to make an infopess or mail it. I will definitely make an infopass as soon as possible.
