i 130 processing time

i filed i130 for my spouse, and  i check case status regularly. uscis site says that they are  processing February/march cases. however visa journey says june 19 cases.i filed mu case on june 7 and have not received any response yet. i called them and they say as their site says that they are still doing march cases. and your case is still in time frame. is anyone else in same situation. can someone give me a clue what to do.  thanks

what is your service center?

Did you received the NOA1?

if you fill your timeline in visajourney you will get some approximation of when you could receive a response.

mine is taxes service center.

i send my application on june 4 and 1 week later i recieved NOA1, with tracking #. that is how i check my case status

Wow march 🙁 that sucks which means we have a long waiting but I notice a lot of people in June already getting through maybes you’ll be lucky and get through by next month

USCIS site  timeframe based on survey of their current case processing time. On the other hand, VJ site timeframe based on their members timeline. I usually consider VJ timeframe bit current than USCIS since USCIS don't always update their processing time

Texas's processing time is approximately 6 months.. so if your priority date is in June.. Expect an approval or a request for evidence in Jan
It also can take about a week for your online case status to update and your NO2 to be sent.
The USCIS posted processing times are not accurate.
