hey guys thanks for all help you gave me to get my green card 

i jut got my green card last year and thanks for the key advice you gave me on the website thanks all ya guys and happy new year 

i have been married for 2 years been with my wife for 4 years now her baby father is involving in our marriage and this relationship  is not working at all 

i am at the point where i want to file a divorce 

she is a financial emotional and physical drain to me 

her baby  father been locked up for 4 years and a criminal mind behind

i want for my safety file a divorce and change states  because this situation is nit safe for me 

i am on temporary green card but i have all evidence of bona fide marriage and pictures of all our trips family vacation with

i need advice to file divorce and renew my green card i have a good job and  made 2017  almost  70 k
