Is it true that all I-751s now have interviews?

Not sure about before but it is true now that all applicants for removal of conditions have to go through an interview (unless waived). This new policy is in effect since December 10, 2018.

Yes, everybody is interviewed unless waived. Most cases are still waived (https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/liftlist.php?cfl=0&).

Most interviews are still waived. In my co-hort who finished i-1751 in recent months at least 90% - including me - where not interviewed.

As of December 2018 USCIS has reversed the Regulations on Interview Waivers. Where it was the exeption before to have an Interview when filing ROC, it is now reversed, meaning most everybody has to have an Interview to lift conditions on Green Card. so does your case status changed from scheduled for an interview to interview schedule or it went direct case received to interview scheduled could you in light with us over all your waiting time and how long did i takes you to get the interview if you don't mind

My Timeline for I751 so far:

 

2019

 

March 20  Case received in Phoenix

March 27  Extension Letter received

April 4  Appointment Letter for Biometrics

April 15  Biometrics , after this my Status did not change until May 25, then it said  " Case ready to be scheduled for Interview"

May 22 Email recieved stating that USCIS will schedule an Interview

May 30 my Case Status changed to Interview scheduled

June 3 received Email that an Appointment was scheduled.

June 13 received Invitation for Interview, scheduled for July 8th

 

Note: Invitation Letter came from  National Benefit Center, Leesummit, Missouri

 

so it is going really fast for me!

This may only count for those who filed after Dec 2018. Almost everyone who filed in early-mid 2018 has had their interview waived, and most cases from early summer last year are just now being adjudicated with waivers. 

I'd be interested to see the number of waived people who filed AFTER Dec 2018.

Me too, but it'll be a few to several months at best before there is any sort of idea of that being the case or not, let alone the individual circumstances of those who do/don't get one to see some factors resulting in that decision.

Yeah. It could be another umbrella statement to cover themselves for an increased number of interviews caused by specific red flags, but still having waivers.

Much like how my apartment complex will send out letters saying they're going to inspect every apartment and to be ready for them for these three days from 9-5. But in reality, they're looking to actually go into a select few houses that they have reason to suspect they need to check out, and then maybe a handful of others just for good measure.

So far Every Person I know , who filed on on before Dec 2018 has gotten an Interview Notice. In the Regulation USCIS states specifically, that Interviews will only be waived, if all of there Requirements are met.  1 Requirement for that is to have been interviewed previously by USCIS, which is NOT the Case when someone went thru Consular Processing.

So, everyone who gets invited for an Interview has in your Opininon red Flags ????  How about READING the new Regulations first, befor you are starting to make assumptions?  ### above mentionend, USCIS will Interview most everyone that wen thru Consular Processing and has not been interviewed by USCIS previously!

I would again refer to the timelines of other members, showing that the majority of cases still are not interviewed. Out of the last 50 decisions from VJ members, 15 had an interview.
