I will be apply for a CRBA and a passport for my child born in Jordan to wedlock parents. I am a US citizen born in the US and my wife is Jordanian. I have meet the requirements. I can't attend the interview and I read I need to fill out form DS-29 and notarize. I am currently in Jordan. Where can I notarize it in Jordan before I leave to the US? What are the fees? My wife will keep the document with her and go the interview alone as I will be working back home. Thank you.
