Last night's episode "Obsessive Love" was crazy! A husband was basically stalking his wife (monitoring her w/ a GPS tracking device on her car, bugged the house phone and cell phone, knew all her electronic passwords, got her fired so that she couldn't work and solely depend on him) and she wants out of the marriage after 11 years and 3 kids. Part 2 is coming on tonight!

N-400 - Naturalization/Citizenship

10/26/12 - Sent N-400 packet to Phoenix lockbox via USPS mail w/Certified Delivery, received 10/29/12, check cashed 11/02/12

11/05/12 - NOA-1 received, notice date 10/31/2012, received and priority date 10/29/2012

11/09/12 - Biometrics notice received, biometrics appointment date 11/19/12

11/21/12 - In line for interview scheduling (letter received via USPS mail 12/17/12)

01/16/13 - N-400 interview/testing - APPROVED! Oath ceremony letter received late Jan. 2013

02/26/13 - OATH CEREMONY COMPLETED - NATURALIZED US CITIZEN!

751 - Removing Conditions

06/28/08 - Sent 751 packet to CSC via USPS Priority Mail (signature required)

07/05/08 - NOA received, dated 6/30/08

10/23/08 - Card ordered: APPROVED! (USCIS website)

10/30/08 - 10 YR GREENCARD RECEIVED

K-1 and AOS

07/07/05 - K1 Packet received - USPS tracking

09/19/05 - K1 approval online

12/01/05 - 1st K1 interview in Kingston: need updated birth certificate

12/13/05 - 2nd K1 interview in Kingston: Approved!

05/01/06 - AOS/EAD packet received

08/09/06 - AOS interview in SF: APPROVED!

08/19/06 - 2 YR GREENCARD RECEIVED

Oh the drama !

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Hmm...Well if my wife says the GPS on her phone will need to go away. She needed it because if she gets lost, atleast, I can come and rescue her. I would gladly deactivate it if she wants to. I trust her. We went through tough times within our lives. I know the trust is there.

When Dr. Phil started out, he dealt with basically normal people who had basically normal problems. I remember him giving advice on how to potty train two-year-olds, how to get kids to settle down for a nap, how to deal with slightly nosy in-laws (not freakishly obsessive ones, just fairly normal but slightly annoying ones). When you saw his guests with problems, most people could identify with them, or could at least imagine that a co-worker, friend, or acquaintence was going through a very similar issue.

Now, it's just freaks. All of his guests are four or five sigmas away from the middle of the bell curve. No matter how messed up you are, if you watch Dr. Phil, you'll be able to say "well, at least I'm not THAT screwed up".

25 May, 2005: I-129F finally approved! We won't pursue it.

8 June, 2006: Our baby girl is born!

24 Oct, 2006: Window for filing I-751 opens

25 Oct, 2006: I-751 mailed to CSC

18 Nov, 2006: I-751 NOA1 received from CSC

30 Nov, 2006: I-751 Biometrics taken

05 Apr, 2007: I-751 approved, card production ordered

23 Jan, 2008: N-400 sent to CSC via certified mail

19 Feb, 2008: N-400 Biometrics taken

27 Mar, 2008: Naturalization interview notice received (NOA2 for N-400)

30 May, 2008: Naturalization interview, passed the test!

17 June, 2008: Naturalization oath notice mailed

15 July, 2008: Naturalization oath ceremony!

16 July, 2008: Registered to vote and applied for US passport

26 July, 2008: US Passport arrived.

October: Waiting

November: Waiting

December: In Security checks

January 2006: Waiting

February: Waiting..Contacted Congress

March 4th: APPROVED

March 17th: NVC posted file to London

March 20th: London Receives file

March 29th: Receive package 3

April 13th: London Receives package

April 19th: Medical - June 13th: INTERVIEW......APPROVED!!!!

June 20th: ARRIVE IN USA

Time taken for whole process 9 Months

January 22nd: Green card arrives in the mail:))

Time taken for AOS - 3.5 Months

Finished for 2 years.

These freaks call up the network to solve their problems. Sometimes, Dr. Phil's agent scout for weird cases. But, most times these freaks call up his studio and asked if their case can be resolved by Dr. Phil.

Sounds quite a bit like my ex. No GPS though, he didn't want to spend the money. He wouldn't let me work either, tracked my mileage, checked for odd tire tracks in the driveway, set time limits on me whenever I would go anywhere without him (and by god I better not be late!)....the list goes on. I feel so sorry for any woman in that position.
