hi all vj's here im so thankful for the information that you posted i learned a lot... any way just want to ask if the vaccination is included for the medical fee? and how much? hope to hear from you guys thanks....

nov/13/2006 (i accedentally met my fiance at the atrium of SM megamall, and we start our relationship)

feb/09-23/2007 (Visit me for the very first time and knowing each other for 2 weeks)

feb/28/2007 (filled the I-129)

march/14/2007 (approved his petition)

april/19/2007 (got our interview schedule and medical at USEM website)

may/11/2007 (Got our packet 4)

may/17-18/2007 (I did my medical early at St. lukes but pending)

may/30-june 1, 2007 (take my sputum examination for 3days)

june/04/2007 (Pulmonary evaluation NEGATIVE)

june/05/2007 (i got my immunization and medical passed )

june/15/2007 (Approved im so happy)

june/20/2007 (VISA on HANd)

June/21/2007 (CFO seminar DONE!)

July/07/2007 (Arrived to USA)

Spet/29th/2007 (chappel wedding)

oct/28th/2007 (send AOS application)

Nov/5/2007 (recieve appointment letter for biometrics)

Nov/20th/2007 (Biometrics Appointment)

dec/18th/2007 (NOA 1 recieved, application transferred to california)

dec/22nd/2007 (NOA 2 recieved application on process at california )

jan/18th/2008 (NOA 3 recieved, submit additional eveidence PENDING )

i dont have the record of my vaccination. this june 8 is my medical but i will make it early and i dont know if the vaccination have additional fee from the medical fee.

i dont have the record of my vaccination. this june 8 is my medical but i will make it early and i dont know if the vaccination have additional fee from the medical fee.

Its ok if u dont have ur vaccination records, during ur vaccination interview the doctor will tell u what vaccination/s u will have. She will also asked if u have chicken pox, if yes u must show her the scar and this also mean that she will not give u varicella. All vaccinations are already covered when we pay the $95 medical fee. I think u only pay extra feesif they found out something to clear or additional test is needed like repeat xrays....

NATURALIZATION TIMELINE

May 16, 2011~ mailed N-400

May 20, 2011~ received NOA1

May 31, 2011~ Biometrics letter received sked June 1st

June 01,2011~ Biometrics appt. DONE!

June 23, 2011~ email notification scheduled for Testing and Interview

June 27, 2011~ received interview letter by mail

Aug 01, 2011~ interview at Atlanta GA, PASSED!

Aug 05, 2011~ Oath taking at 1pm

ROC TIMELINE

Nov. 30, 2009~mailed I-751 (VSC)

Dec. 03, 2009~Extension letter and NOA1 received

Jan. 04, 2010~ Biometrics at Metairie, LA

March 10, 2010~ approved!

March 13, 2010~ approval notice sent

March 15, 2010~ received approval letter and GC in mail!
