Pakistanis love Chinese folks and more so as the POTUS has this opinion about Pakistan.  Your wife and baby would be fine.

Plus, don’t forget that you already have the E-2 visa.  Remember that trip to Plano?

Yes they do love but there is few ( psycho ) don't !i don't have E2 yet but i'm planned to apply but as i said it takes bit longer because i have friend in US  and run new business !

can see many replies, let me clear myself. if we born baby in China ( currently we are living here ) . the baby is still as a foreigner he'll not get things like a local baby get, HUKU ( family book )  and many favors as well.

Plus ,We are Muslim and in China here is nothing for Muslims, food and nothing at all. its better to live in christen country!

, If we go to Pakistan it's not that safe for my wife n baby!

We can afford his hospital and everything.  hope we'll get easily E2 or EB5 ( we have savings ) ! but all it takes a time, few years and we don't have a choice right now but born baby in US !

Advise!

Where do you plan to live in the interim? Whatever time it takes is still the same amount of time before you can live in the US even if the baby is born there.

really confused !cant see the right way to make decision !:(

if we apply for E2 it takes at least 1 year because we have to submit business plans, find a place to start or buy existing business etc !

I do have savings for EB-5 but i saw many news people lost money because there is many scam firms connected to gov and they lie about investing money!

You are hilarious!  :jest:

But see, your friend will need to report a profit on his tax return this year and I know he always reports a loss.  So you will face problems.  But don’t come to the US because they will send you away thinking you are the new Chino-Pak spy team sent to infiltrate America and get your baby elected to politics!!  Lol!!!!

By the way, are you the wife in this tread or the husband from India?  Lol!  Do you also want to bring over your parents and 12 year old brother?  Or is that your other post?

EB5 gets you a Green Card, E2 does not.

I was referring to another post that uses very similar word structure as you do.

No matter.  At least you have a place your wife and yourself can stay at if China doesn’t work so well.

Life in America is too expensive and not worth it.  Although I can’t tell if you been to the US before or not.  Apparently you have been to the US on a visa you haven’t gotten yet...

Then an EB5 would be peanuts, best to avoid the schemes and go for the full one so you have control and are likely to get your money back.

just about impossible to do as you want

you traveled to Texas on 90 day tourist visa?

THINK!

wife would need to be here to establish a doctor to deliver and airlines have restrictions about traveling a few months before a baby is born

so,  how can you come and deliver a baby and return in 90 days?

The duration of the flight also should be considered. Similarly, your health care provider and many airlines might restrict travel after 36 weeks of pregnancy. If your health care provider approves air travel and your plans are flexible, the best time to fly might be during your second trimester.Jan 28, 2016

Anewborn can  travel (some  airlines say after 2 weeks) if the baby or mother have no medical problems

but coming and trying to give birth and return home in 90 days??????

on top of the fact the visa would probably be denied for a pregnant woman

We already have B1 Visa in past, we visited Plano, Texas 6 months ago! We already had a visa and now we can travel anytime!

yes we can afford 20K - 150k.    all we need to know about hospital do they required anything special document like NOC etc ?

Or simple we can make an appointment and that's all?

P.S i write Pakistan but autocorrect make it India :(   . Yes, Pakistan does have E2  trade with USA !

See how confused I get?  Just have the baby in an emergency room in Texas or find a provider while you are visiting.

If I were you, I would do the EB5 rather than risk the visitor visa from being denied at POE.

Besides, what if you are returning and your wife hasn’t given birth yet?  What if you are coming to the US and she gives birth on the plane?

You can’t go to the US just with the intention of giving birth so you can have an American citizen baby. That’s illegal.

It's legal. Convincing the CO or CBP that you can pay for everything yourself and will return home without overstaying or working is a huge hurdle, though.

E2 is a non immigrant visa so not sure how having a USC child would be viewed.

Point well raised.

Why wouldn't the child be able to live in the US with you once you get an appropriate visa?

If you get an EB-5, the child will become a USC when you naturalize anyway (obviously assuming they are still under age 18). This just seems like a much better option than the risky one you are planning, and the potential tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical fees. Save that money for an investment visa.

Having the child in the US won't permit you to stay in the US...so what's the plan if you don't get the visa yourself? Have the child live in the US on their own and away from you?
