We had a notice that our case is being adjudicated and we will hear from the USCIS within 45 days for NOIR, What documents should we make ready as we wait for their findings and result.

Our case was denied in July 2016.

To be certain what to provide, you will need to see the NOIR.  However, most folks have a pretty good idea why the visa was denied and have had plenty of time to prepare their response ahead of time.  Then, once the NOIR is in hand, you can add or adjust as needed based on your specific circumstances and any new information in the NOIR itself.

You know more than nothing.  You were the one at the interview.

At the interview I think I answered every question truthfully and correctly, except when I was asked what time it was in my husband's state at the time of interview, that I know I got it wrong, aside that all the questions were things I knew of, personal question and I answered all of them honestly and correctly, so I really don't know y I got denied sir

That you told the truth is not the issue.  That you didn't know a critical fact, could have been the issue.  If you really have no idea what the problem is, you'll know when you receive the NOIR.
