I am a US Citizen and engaged to a Canadian citizen. We are planning on living in the US after the K3 visa goes through. We are planning on getting married legally in the next few weeks and then applying for our K3 visa. We then plan on having our ceremony in September. More than likely by what I've read I'm not holding my breath on receiving the K3 visa by September. Anyways, is there any problem for us to travel outside of Canada for our honeymoon (except coming to the US)? Thank you in advance for your replys.

If both of you are allowed to travel outside your respective countries (i.e., you have correct, valid visas), there cannot be any problems. You should have no problems going to Canada either. Your spouse might get denied entry into the US with a 129F pending, though. He would have to bring enough evidence to show the officer at the border that he has no intention of staying in the US past his allowed stay.

You're in NJ, so you will file I-130 at VSC and your I129F will go to VSC as well -- September is probably still aggressive but you might get lucky. Still, US to Canada isn't too long a trip from NJ :)
