DS160 before NVC number

Hi everyone,

 

NOA2 was December 6th and just waiting for NVC number.

 

All of our paperwork is ready for my fiancé’s medical and interview.

 

I would like to know, can we go ahead and submit the DS160 now since it doesn’t require an NVC number?

 

Has anyone actually done this and who does it get submitted to?

The Embassy in London?

Yeah, you could because it just sits in a cloud somewhere until London gets your file and accesses it. Nobody will be reviewing it until you interview. Doing it early does not put you further ahead in the queue. The London instructions tell where to submit. https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/applying-for-the-visa/
