Hello! Well in June 2016 I had my tourist visa denied, so in July my girlfriend and I decided to start the k1 visa. Do I run the risk of having the k1 visa denied because my tourist visa has been denied in a short time? We offer all the possible evidence for immigration, photos, conversations, travel tickets she made to come here to Brazil, anyway. I would like to get help from you friends. Thank you!

Nothing to worry about.  Denied tourist visa will have no impact

Not 100% true.

If your tourist visa was denied because of lack of ties to your home country then yes, it will have no effect on your K1.

If your tourist visa was denied for any other reason then that may have to be sorted out first.
