Its been 75 days since RFE after I sent supporting docs to USCIS and was receipted.

When can I expect EAD/ AP approval and card production? Somewhere here I read like 105-110 days after receipt date, is that true?

MSC is processing, El Paso is my local field office.

Case still at MSC after RFE.

I am in the same situation. No words at all.

My attorney said the processing time these days is 4-5 months. RFE does reset the clock (at least from our experience now)

I'd recommend to contact your local congressional representative, and of course, if you have an offer letter, try to expedite it either by calling USCIS or congressional representative in your region.

Good luck to all of us!

I have contacted my congressman already and signed privacy release form. They just seem to give me the current case status and say that they won't be able to help me to expedite the case. All they can do is pull and give me the info from USCIS on what's going on with my case. Trying to get a job offer shall be my goal now, thanks and good luck to us!

Yes, I agree they won't be able to expediate without an offer letter. But I do feel they pushed the NBC a bit if your case is pending too long ( mine is almost five months since NOA ).

good luck!

hope so! Hope they don't come back with anymore RFEs, it's already been 75 days since they received my RFE response.

If your response is sufficient, chances are slim if they come back with further RFE. In fact, one of the tier 2 officer told me they don't really send 2nd RFE...

I contacted the congress office on about the 65 days since they received my response. The officer contacted USCIS on my behalf, however, they sent her back a notice that looks like a second RFE saying that my case was pending and they sent us a 2nd RFE, but neither me nor my lawyer has received anything. It turned out it was their internal mistake, the congress office kept calling them for me. They verbally confirmed on the phone that my response was sufficient, then my EAD got approved in about a week.

So I do recommend you to contact congress office..especially if you have a job offer. Gd luck.

Can you tell me if the job offer should mention anything like "this job offer is pending subject to ... is a green card holder or a permanent resident" so that it can be shown to USCIS to expedite my case?

The offer can say contingent on work authorization. If I'm not mistaken, you are expediting EAD not your green card.

I am expecting green card expedite as I already have EAD from my F1- post completion OPT

Okay..then I am not sure if they can do it at all, as green card requires interview. It's now 10+ months processing time.

I think it doesn't really make sense as you already have a work authorization, you can start the job already. Unless the nature of the job really requires Permanent Resident you can give it a try.

yes so I was looking to expedite my green card application as I have a masters in Aerospace engineering and companies like Nasa and Raytheon ... requires at least me to have a green card, I am right now working in a lame company for meagre money :( So I wanted to know if the job letter should mention that they will hire me if I have a green card
