While not directly related to your original question, these kinds of conflicting statements add to the confusion. I would suggest being very clear in communications, especially with USCIS and the embassy, about what exactly your current relationship status is and your intentions.

 

What I'm guessing you meant (and correct me if I'm wrong) is that you are engaged and plan to marry within 90 days of entry in the US on the K-1 visa. But did not have any kind of formal engagement ceremony, a ring, or (elaborate) proposal. If so, that's fine.

If you have not actually agreed and intend to marry within the 90 days of entry on the visa, then you should not have filed the I-129F. It's not a "wait and see if we want to marry" circumstance.

Se você realmente não concordou e pretende se casar dentro dos 90 dias após a entrada no visto, então você não deveria ter arquivado o I-129F. Não é uma circunstância "esperar e ver se queremos nos casar".
