My Visitor's Visa is expired, my husband is now a US Citizen, what do I need to do?

As long as you entered legally, you can go through Adjustment of Status, the outcome of which is for you to be granted lawful permanent residency.

Bear in mind you won't be able to leave the country for a few months. So if you have property or financial matters in your home country (since you arrived without the intention of staying I'm assuming you have belongings back home) you might need to appoint a trusted person to handle those for you.
