You would leave your spouse and child?

If you are over 21 and married there is no way for you to go with them.  There is no visa for married adult children of residents, your parent would need to become US citizens to apply for you  and that class has a long wait and happens to be one of the classes that would be cut per current immigration reform'

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Nope.  Age out is age out.

Were your parents ever going to immigrate?

YMMV

A lawyer can change immigration rules.

It is nobody's fault. This is just life happening. You wanted to get married so you did. US immigration is not going to stop you from having your own family. But with that you have to understand, in the eyes of immigration, you are no longer a beneficiary of you family (parents) because you started your own. You are free to have your own family and live with them.

Yes i understand that "Nuestraunion" but the problem with age i see like not right for me and other people like me in my case when my grandmother applies for us i was 13 and now im 24 so it seems the fault is at state that their taking so much time to finish that case i know that state doesn't need to speed process for people because they have a lot of them :) peace and thnx

It's not that they don't finish the work on time, it is that by law there is a limited amount of visas available each year and because of all the individuals who petitioned before you, caused the length of the line to be many years long before an available visa became available for you.

I asked this question before and you never answered.  Are or were your parents going to immigrate?

YMMV
