Bpi online payment receipt

Hello,  I have already paid my visa fee thru BPI online payment and they sent me a confirmation email of the payment but the appointment system is asking for a RECEIPT NUMBER and the only values in the confirmation email that could possibly be the receipt no.  is the confirmation number of the payment.  It has been 3 days since I paid.  Should I use the CONFIRMATION NUMBER as the receipt no.?
