Louisville is also nearing the middle of our Derby Festival which runs 2 weeks and ends with the big race on Saturday. This time of year is always fun.

Still haven't heard from the doc about Moh so I'll call later. Last night I blew my knee so I sat in the emergency room for awhile. I'm getting fed up with doctors. I haven't been to one in like forever, now I feel like that's all we do. We also pick up our dog tomorrow so walking him with my knee braced up will be challenge but I'm still so excited.

I hope everyone is having a happy Friday.

I hate doctors too!! With me it's feast or famine with them since when one thing goes wrong it seems my whole body falls apart and then it's a domino effect to see the dermatologist, rheumatologist, ob/gyn, etc....... YUK!!!

hubby leaves for Cairo this sunday. will be gone for a month. :crying:

awwwww...good for him. You should plan some really special things to do just for yourself. Just the things you love to do to indulge yourself.

he is afraid he will come back to a totally redecorated home - i already have the master bath set up for installation, and i have been buying A LOT of paint for various projects around ther house.

i only work 10 hours a week right now, so that leaves alot of playtime.

My son was back in the ER, 3 weeks after a tonsilectomy, adnoid removal and a nose surgery. He was cleared to go back to work, bent over to pick something up and started a major nosebleed. Scary stuff, they put a tampon-like thingy in his nose to stop the bleeding. Now he gets another 3 weeks off of work.

What's everyones weekend plans? I work on Saturday (Kelly, come see me!) and Sunday will be shopping.

I took Alexis shopping yesterday at Target and bought her a really cool playdoh kit and a fluffy princess bath towel. hmmm something else, oh yea a 12" stuffed horse. I love to spoil her then send her home to mommy and daddy.

I don't have the kiddos till Monday so I'm going to spend tonight cleaning like a mad woman so that I can do absolutely nothing all day tomorrow except sit on my couch and read all the catalogs/magazines that have been piling up on my coffee table!:dance:

Oh and I'll go to the bank to get that statement I need for the I-134 too. Took my work all of 15 min to do their statement so that was cool!
