It's the 8th day of Fiesta San Antonio, and we're just getting started ! Today's premiere event is The Battle of Flowers Parade... which means we're blocking off the streets downtown so about 350,000 of our closest friends and esteemed guests can assemble to enjoy --

That's the great thing about cheese. Low carb means healthy. Cheese is low carb. Cheese is healthy! Load up on the monterey jack!

Also, guacamole and sour cream.

Louisville is also nearing the middle of our Derby Festival which runs 2 weeks and ends with the big race on Saturday. This time of year is always fun.

Still haven't heard from the doc about Moh so I'll call later. Last night I blew my knee so I sat in the emergency room for awhile. I'm getting fed up with doctors. I haven't been to one in like forever, now I feel like that's all we do. We also pick up our dog tomorrow so walking him with my knee braced up will be challenge but I'm still so excited.

I hope everyone is having a happy Friday.
