I am finalizing my 129f application to be submitted early next week. I have known my fiancee for almost two years now and have visited her for a total of 5 times during 2016-2017,  the latest visit was from Sept 17-Nov 10, 2017 when we stayed together for the entire duration.

In addition, due to her unemployment, I have given her substantial financial help, both for her living expenses and the legal expenses to extricate herself and receive a divorce.

Following are my questions, in order to facilitate and prove my ongoing relationship:

1. Will it help or hurt my petition if I enclose my bank remittance documents?

2. Will it help or hurt my petition if provide the letter from her attorney that I paid the divorce fees?

I thank all of you for your expert help in advance.

Several visits will help.

1.  Neither help nor hurt, imo.

2.  Neither help, nor hurt.  But she WILL need proof that her divorce is final, and she is free to marry you.

I was not aware the Philippines now allowed divorce. I personally would not include your remittance as some may interpret that as you are buying a spouse, I financially supported my fiance' now wife through nursing school but I did not include my remittances in my application. It sounds like you two have a genuine relationship as you have seen her many times  and spent a lot of time together.

It will NOT help your petition because the USCIS is not concerned about ongoing relationship

YMMV
