No, after 'issued' it doesn't change.

If you log back into the registration site, where you scheduled visa appointmnent....you will see the update for visa ready for pickup and location you selected.

Before that this website was showing just "APPOINTMENT" and telling you to go to the interview, right?
It is the one showing for me now... my visa was "ISSUED" march 12.. its been 10 days already and nothing, this site keeps telling me to go to the interview but i already did.

Aaaaah, I know that people with the 2/27 interview dates were experiencing delays in getting their visa. Did you have your passport delivered to your house? It may take a while depending on where you live in Brazil.

My apologies, this is true. The status doesn't changed after issued in the CEAC website, but this site: https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-br/iv

No, my fiance opted to pick it up in the CASV Belo Horizonte.... We got approved without any problem and everything was fine until the ISSUED status, except the passport delivery we haven't heard anything.
How do you know that people of 2/27 are experiencing delays?
I found this forum last week and i've been reading a lot here but i couldnt find much people in the same situation as my fiance.

My fiance just told me that it stays at "status--appointment" until you get the e-mail that your visa is ready to be picked up, then it changes and becomes red (he didn't know exactly what the status said). After that, you choose a pickup date and it become green and says the same as it did before the e-mail. 

I know people from 2/27 were being delayed because while trying to gage when we would get our visa, I read about people who were interviewed in Rio on 2/27 experiencing delays in getting their passports....like a longer delay than normal. Here  is where I looked to see the people that had the same/earlier interview date to see when they received their visa.

I've been trying contact the CASV and the emabassy but got nothing clear...

I have no idea why it's taking so much longer for y'all, but I know it is/was happening..however they seemed to have gotten their act together more or less, so it shouldn't be much more time now. After it leave the embassy, there is nothing you can do until you get the e-mail, as far as I know. Hopefully you'll get the e-mail Friday or early next week (fingers crossed!)

OMG!!! yes! it just turned RED and let me schedulle the appontment to my fiance get the passport on monday..
Well, would be better tomorrow but i won't complain.. haha

The NVC just wrote back to say that they returned our files to the USCIS. 

Is this usual or is it sent to the embassy?

• Bring two copies of the printed confirmation of address registration to the visa interview.  Passports for all of the people included in the immigration case must be registered, and the printed confirmation must include information for every person and his or her passport. If the confirmation page(s) are not brought to the Embassy on the day of the interview or do not include information related to all of the people and passports, your interview will be rescheduled.

 Do you guys know what they want by the address registration? and where do we get our passport registered ?
