I was planning on calling them next week, but this is just me. No patience! And I was actually surprised on how quick they answered plus having a case number already. Not sure about you but my approval on hard copy  has January 16. What’s does ur copy says? I would call them everyday until they get u a case number they moving faster than I thought.

oh,, my hard copy is dates Jan 17 but same like you I have no patience at all....

My hard copy is Jan 17 also! I'll probably start calling NVC early next week.

Haha I couldn't wait. I called NVC today, they have not received the case yet. I think I will call again tomorrow lol. I was surprised to see how quick they were in answering the call. It took me around 3 mins on call in total to find out that they have not received my case yet.

Called the nvc, got the case number but they said there was nothing for us to do yet? They have until 9 feb to send it to the embassy. I looked up the # on CEAC it says follow 6 steps, but I’m kinda lost if I do any of that or wait till the embassy gets it.

Our NOA2 is dated Jan. 19. I called last Friday and again today. Haven’t received yet and got the “6 week blah blah blah”, so I’ll call again on Friday this week. We’re still collecting the documents we need, so a couple of days waiting on NVC wouldn’t hurt us. 

 

But, soooooo glad they’re moving faster than USCIS. 

 

Anybody find better luck using the other dial options?. I’m pressing 7, but maybe 5 or 2 could get me some better answers lol.

It sent me to another number for non immigrant visas but they said that they hadn’t recieved it yet, our petition was approved the 19th is anyone else waiting from then? 

Everyone else finds this incredibly stressful right ?

Our petition was approved on 18th (hard copy date) and we are also waiting. I called NVC yesterday and today but they have not received our case yet. The lady didn't ask to wait for six weeks but said to wait a little bit more. I am being so impatient, I think I am going to call NVC tomorrow again lol. We are gathering our documents for the next stage in the meantime.
