And your updated letter of intention to marry (not sure if that's how we call), the same you did for NOA1, signed by you. Either way I'll follow any answer you get because my fiance need to send me these docs signed and I want to be sure it's only these 2 😁

Good luck!

Good point, we have that too. We are presenting further evidence of "continuing relationship" - pictures, boarding passes, etc. of times we have seen one another since filing the I-129(f). I don't think that is required but probably a good idea for those that have connecting during this looooooong period.

I received packet 3 yesterday my email at 3pm, and I replied with what documents they wanted by 8pm. They sent me packet 4 my email this morning 11am. Telling me to book my interview and medical (I already did when I was in Transit).

Moving very quickly at Montreal :)

Just curious how did you book the medical? Did they not ask for the letter in packet? Also did you contact embassy and tell them to send you packets through email or they did on their own? Im still waiting for my petition to arrive at NVC. So any shortcuts i can take will be appreciated. (sorry if any of this has been answered already, just joining this thread)

I need a help with the I134 form, see if anyone have a similar situation or knows a lil bit more than us. My fiance's income is over 3 times the poverty line but he has no assets, real estate or significant savings. Can we rely only on his income or should we try a co-sponsor?
