we are having some issues. Jorge is a sweet simple man and isn't fluent in English so we have a couple challenges with things like this... he was able to pay . but the message he got after says he cant book interview until his payment is verified which could take 2 days.....  but I believe Ana Maria provided enough info suggesting he in fact can use the web link she provided and schedule his interview regardless..... however.... he wont listen to me because he doesn't understand.... so he is calling the embassy which he is saying is crazy . and I'm at work so I cant really help him. so needless to say I am pretty frustrated too... if I were you I would get on try to pay again.  you should be able to now

turns out.... he thought it would be faster to pay by giving them his direct bank account info as opposed to a credit card.... so now we have to wait 2 days to schedule an interview and I fear we are looking into April now.... honestly, I need to vent... I'm livid.. absolutely livid to tears.

Slow deep breaths.  That's what I keep telling myself.

We are dealing with the US embassy in Greece.  They don't allow scheduling the interview until the packet 3 information is submitted.  And right now, we are panicking about not having Apostille stamps on her Russian birth certificate or police record.  We will find out on Friday, when she goes to the translation office, whether it will take 2 weeks (no stamps required) or 2+ months (stamps required) to translate her documentation.

Dear God, please no stamps required......

don't get upset...you see Janay above just missed March 6....they are March 27.

The 27th and 28th are available on the calendar.

I get the feeling by my own schedule the doc is maxed out for processing the 6th.

The only days offered in March were 6, 27 & 28

I totally understand! I went to bed last night so upset because we couldn’t schedule.

But when we booked today there were plenty of times left for the 27 and 28. So don’t give up hope! The next day was April 6, so still not too far away.

The good news is things are finally coming to a close. Soon all of this will be a laughable memory when you’re spending your time growing old together in happiness.

Fingers crossed you’ll be able to book tomorrow and John and I will see you guys on the 27th!

I see that BOS & AOS, from visajourney went through Ghana in December - maybe try to search them and send an email?

whatever you can find on the embassy website should be the best place.  Every country is different.  Find someone in front of you.

Good luck.
